About Brett

Owner and Director, Brett Childs has worked in the Sydney building industry since 1978. Brett has held a Builders Licence since 1984 and is a member of the Master Builders Association. He is also a Licenced Pest Inspector and is fully insured.

BRC Property Inspections did a thorough report on the home I was interested in buying. The information in the report allowed me to make an informed decision to purchase the home and also gave me some negotiating power when I pointed out a couple of issues to the real estate agent.
