Combined Building and Pest Report

Our independent building and pest inspections are carried out by our licensed building and pest inspectors throughout Greater Sydney and Wollongong, NSW. We carry out inspections for buyers or sellers to give peace of mind knowing the building and pest defects before proceeding with your sale or purchase.

During the inspections we cover the interior, exterior, roof exterior, roof void, sub-floor, site, retaining walls, fences, paving and any outbuildings on the property for building or pest defects (subject to safe and reasonable access).

Our comprehensive inspections and reports list all defects including description, location and the significance of the defect, colour photographs and estimates (costs) of building defect repairs.

As we are licenced builders we can offer this service and could save you a significant amount of money as you can renegotiate the price based on the costs listed in the report.

The main purpose of the Pest inspection is to detect previous or current timber pest infestations such as borers and termites (white ants) and any damage caused.

All findings and damage are compiled with a recommendation, either chemical or non-chemical, to remedy infestations or prevent future attack. We do offer a Thermal Imaging Camera for an extra fee.

Our drone building inspections are used to inspect the condition of the exterior walls or roof of a building which cannot be reached by safe ladder access to a 2-storey or above of a property before buying or selling.
