BRC Property Inspections did a thorough report on the home I was interested in buying. The information in the report allowed me to make an informed decision to purchase the home and also gave me some negotiating power when I pointed out a couple of issues to the real estate agent. The report the agent offered me had very few details and was no where near as detailed or comprehensive as the BRC report.
